1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1xcinta website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. This acceptance constitutes a binding contract between you and 1xcinta.

These Terms apply to all types of platform use, including account registration, deposits, betting, withdrawals, use of bonuses and any other interaction with 1xcinta services. They are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Information

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and current. 1xcinta reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account verification purposes. False or inaccurate information may result in the account being suspended or closed without prior notice.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or devices — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. All such duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

1xcinta services are restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the specified age limit.

In addition to the age requirement, you are also responsible for ensuring that the use of online betting services is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. 1xcinta makes no guarantee regarding the legal status of its platform's use outside the context of the international licence it holds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all available payment methods. The deposit methods accepted by 1xcinta are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe set by the respective payment service provider. 1xcinta does not bear any costs or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour from the time the request is approved. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to successful identity verification.

4.3 Unclaimed Funds

Balances in accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period as determined by management will be subject to the dormant account policy in force. Users will be contacted in advance before any action is taken on such balances.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

1xcinta offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your total balance to RM220.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. Using the same example: bonus RM120 × 10 = a wagering requirement of RM1,200 must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only available for one account per user, IP address, device or household.
• Bonus abuse — including hedging bets, using multiple accounts or strategies aimed at profiting from bonuses without genuine risk — is strictly prohibited.
• 1xcinta reserves the right to cancel bonuses and forfeit related winnings if the bonus terms are found to have been violated.
• All other promotions are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, which will be stated at the time the promotion is launched.

5.3 VIP Programme

1xcinta runs a three-tier VIP programme: Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback of up to 0.7%) and Gold (weekly cashback of up to 1.0%). Progression to a higher tier depends on your betting activity over time.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All betting and game outcomes generated by the system are final. 1xcinta uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness in every game.

Any disputed outcome must be submitted to the customer support team within the specified period. 1xcinta reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds, technical issues that result in inaccurate outcomes, or any other situation that affects the integrity of the game.

7. User Conduct

1xcinta users are required to be respectful and responsible while using this platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software or tools (bots) to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt or manipulate 1xcinta's systems in any way.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money laundering or using the platform for suspicious financial activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 1xcinta to other users.
• Any form of fraud, document forgery or providing misleading information to the support team.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 By the User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any eligible balance will be returned via the appropriate payment method.

8.2 By 1xcinta

1xcinta reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any provision in these Terms.
• There is fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• The user is found to have provided false information during registration.
• The account is being used by an individual under the age of 21.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gambling, users who feel they need a break from betting activity may apply for self-exclusion through our support team. Further details are available on the Responsible Gambling page.

9. Limitation of Liability

1xcinta provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. Although we strive to keep the platform available and functioning properly at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors or delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1xcinta will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of betting opportunities due to technical failures beyond our control.

10. Amendments to Terms

1xcinta reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the website or by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which 1xcinta operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the relevant parties will be referred to arbitration or the relevant court under the appropriate jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed while the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
